Our children’s karate program has been designed so that your child will grow in confidence and self-discipline. We also believe each child should learn important concepts of manners, reaching goals, and “not giving up!” Your child will create his or her own time-table of learning karate: each child learns at his or her own pace, and success is reached when the standards are met. TKO: Women’s Total Knockout Self Defense
The paradox of self-defense is that the more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it. In this self-defense class you will develop your warrior mindset. You will learn how to deliver targeted attacks to an attacker’s vulnerable points. You will become proficient in punches, elbows, knee strikes, and kicks. You will learn how to take an attacker down but also what to do if you get taken down. You will learn how to defend yourself if attacked with a weapon but also how to use your own weapons to include: OC Spray, Taser, knife, key chain, just to name a few! ZYN Martial Fitness
A combination of Karate, Zumba, Yoga and Zen - ZYN classes benefit adult martial arts students and those who just want a killer workout. Instructor: Donna Muszynski doesn’t profess to be a Zen master, but MusZYNski is her last name.
Personal Training / Private Lessons
There is nothing like having some one-on-one time for Karate or personal training! In our personal training and private lesson sessions, you will be able to work on the details of your Karate or physical fitness in a way that cannot be achieved in group lessons. Those who take personal training feel that the overall karate and fitness experience is always enhanced after a private session. You will learn to focus on your own personal journey in an entirely new way!
