CHILDREN'S KARATE |
Our children’s karate program has been designed so that your child will grow in confidence and self-discipline. We also believe each child should learn important concepts of manners, reaching goals, and “not giving up!” Your child will create his or her own time-table of learning karate: each child learns at his or her own pace, and success is reached when the standards are met. ADULT KARATE |
Everyone who takes karate at The Karate Dojo agrees: karate exercises both your mind and your body! Karate is an ancient martial art originating in Asia. It is one of the few sports that anyone can begin to enjoy, no matter your age or size. Our group karate classes are non-intimidating, fun workouts designed for everyone. Most students agree that our classes have given them a chance to bond with other friendly, courageous people whose lives have been changed through practicing karate. In these beginner classes, you will learn at your own pace the basics of karate while developing strength and stamina. You will also learn important techniques of self-defense that could one day save your life! PRIVATE TRAINING |
There is nothing like having some one-on-one time for karate training! In our personal training sessions, you will be able to work on the details of your karate in a way that cannot be achieved in group lessons. Those who take personal training feel that the overall karate experience is always enhanced after a private session. You will learn to focus on your own karate journey in an entirely new way! Whether it’s to prepare for an upcoming tournament, rank test, or simply to increase your own knowledge of martial arts, personal karate training sessions are a must for every karate student.

CARDIO-KICKBOXING - BEGINNER |
Ready to start moving and getting your heart healthy? Our beginner-paced classes are designed so that EVERY WOMAN, regardless of age or size, feels comfortable about working out. You won't find any complicated machines or hard-to-follow gym routines here! In Beginner-Paced Cardio Kickboxing, we use low-impact kicking and punching exercises that are easy on the knees, yet are sure to get your heart pumping. Don’t be afraid to sweat a little (or a lot)! If you’re just starting out or simply want to stay in shape, this is the class for you.

Finally, a class with a challenge! While the routines are easy to learn and follow, this class is sure to get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring! No other class that we offer burns calories as effective as this one, there is never a dull moment! From kicking and punching to Plyometrics and jumping rope, some women feel that this is best workout they've ever had. You are practically guaranteed to feel like you can conquer the world after finishing one of these intense, energizing classes. Our instructors make it a number one priority to keep you motivated!
